The professional qualification for advisers

Through the Financial Adviser School training programme, learners will achieve two professional qualifications from the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF):

The LIBF Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA®)

DipFA® is a prestigious, benchmark qualification that meets the standards required for those giving professional advice on retail investment products. It is approved by the industry’s regulator: the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

+ Unit 1: Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics (FSRE)
+ Unit 2: Advanced Financial Advice (AFA)

The LIBF Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP®)

CeMAP® is designed to give learners an extensive knowledge of the UK financial regulation mortgages policy and practice and how to apply this as effective mortgage advice to the consumer.

We also offer alternative training routes omitting Financial Services Regulation and Ethics and/or CeMAP® for students who already hold some qualifications.

+ Unit 1 to 7 Learning outcomes

Training with us gives learners much more than a qualification. Find out more.
