The Retail Distribution Review (RDR) will bring about many changes for our industry, one being the new qualification benchmark and to ensure that the next generation of financial adviser enter the industry and meet the new benchmark qualification; there is a need to ensure support is provided.
The Financial Adviser School is an 18-month programme that will enable those wishing to become a financial adviser to achieve just that. The programme combines the financial services qualifications required to practice as a financial adviser along with soft skills, business skills, general adviser skills and an opportunity for students to gain the practical experience to ensure they deliver the very best financial advice.
